Now that the temps are dropping here in Ohio, it's time to bust out the crockpot. I love the fact that I can throw some stuff together and a few hours later dinner is done. When I saw this Java Roast Beef recipe I knew I had to give it a try.

Coffee + Beef = Easy, Crock Pot Java Roast Beef
